TEA IS SERVED

Good Morning,

WOW! Are you in for some fun today? We are showcasing a new artist and the stamp set is "REFLECTIONS SET #1 - Carmen Medlin for SCACD". This set is just too awesome for words. This image is TEAPOT MOUSE. Isn't she just too cute. Just click on any image to enlarge it.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

A Spoonful of Sugar - Die Cuts/Punches
- Let's Get Punchy - Die Cuts/Punches
Creative Card Crew - Let's Punch It
Papertake Weekly Challenge - Sparkly and Bright
ABC Challenge - G is for Glitter
Stamp Something - Stamp something with Pink

Today is so exciting. SCACD's DT is pairing up with the DT from Quixotic Paperie for a Blog Hop to showcase this beautiful set. To begin the Blog Hop you should have started with the fabulously creative Suzanne. You should have arrived to my blog from another fabulously creative artist - Marti. Please be sure to visit everyone's blog and leave a comment. We all appreciate the comments and enjoy reading them.

Now, on to my card. The image is colored with Copics. I put some Diamond Glaze on the teapot and on the leaves to make them glossy. The little skirt on Teapot Mouse has Stickles for some glitz. This card is very glitzy and I had to angle it different ways to take the pictures or it would have blinded you. The DP is from Nana's Kitchen Stack. To finish it off I used Kaisercraft Pearls and Gem Sparklers. The flowers are from my stash. I used a MS punch for the border and a Nestabilitie for the background.

Are you having fun? Now, go on over and see Rach's fabulous creation.

You may purchase these stamps today from SCACD. For European International Orders, you may purchase from Quixotic Paperie. For Canadian orders you may purchase from Newest SCACD Exclusive Retailer - Art Du Scrapbooking.

Thank You for joining us today.

Hugs,

MEET SPYDER

Good Morning,

Meet Spyder from the Victoria Case Mini Little Acorns Set. I have been looking for a Halloween image for my grandson and this is it. You know how little boys love spiders and bugs.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

One Stitch At A Time - Spooky Halloween - Anything Goes
Paper Sundaes - Something From Your Stash - (metal spiders)
Ooh la la Creations - Nothing Floral
The Pink Elephant - Childhood
Stampin' for the Weekend - Autumn Inspiration (use autumn colors)

You will have to excuse me if I make spelling errors, I have a migraine and my typing is a little blurry. Because of my headache this card is rather simple. The image is colored with Copics. There is some black fiber around the background of the image and the little spider webs in the corner are felt. There is actually a little spider on them, but he is hard to see. I may have overdone the spiders. The spiders are metal with rhinestones, unfortunately, I cannot tell you where I purchased them. They have been in my stash a long time.

I tried to get another angle so you could see the little spiders better. You can click on any of the pics and they will enlarge.

Please go over to the store blog here and check out the other DT projects. A reminder some of our DT showcases projects on Tuesday and others on Thursday.

Thank you so much for stopping bye. I appreciate all comments.

Hugs,
