BY THE BEACH

Good Morning !!

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. The weather here is so beautiful. It is like a spring day, but with my allergies I cannot go outside. Central Texas has to be one of the worst places to live if you have allergies.

On a better note,  today I want to share this cute little image with you. She is   BY THE BEACH PEEKER from the SUMMER PEEKER COLLECTION by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD.

I had so much fun making this card. She reminds me of my little granddaughters and my older older ones as well.  We all love the beach.  There is just something about the water, sand, and beautiful sunsets that are soooooo relaxing.

The image is colored with COPICS and highlighted with STICKLES. Normally, I use STARDUST STICKLES on everything, but this time I used the YELLOW to make it more bold. The bucket is glossed with Glossy Accents. The burlap, flowers, etc. are from my stash.

PEEKERS COLLECTION 3 is HERE !!!

 HAPPY FRIDAY!!

What better way to end a week than a fun Blop Hop. The PEEKERS COLLECTION 3 is  now available for purchase at SCACD and for my international friends you can purchase at QUIXOTIC PAPERIE and today the DT is thrilled to show you some wonderful projects.  You should have arrived here from AMANDA'S blog.
 
Today I will be showing you 2 super cute images.  There are 2 mini sets and I am presenting  one from the SWEET HOME PEEKERS and one from SUMMER TIME PEEKERS by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD.

The first one is HAPPY MAIL PEEKER.  Isn't she happy and bouncy?  She is colored with COPICS and highlighted with glossy accents  and STICKLES.  I used several different die cuts.  The tree is MEMORY BOX - ARBOSCELLO TREE.  The blue and white background behind the tree is a piece of cardstock I corrugated and then sponged on a little LUMINARTE SILK ACRYLIC GLAZE - STARGAZER    and added just a little stickles here and there.

 Now for my second image SLICE OF LIFE  from THE SUMMER PEEKERS.  I just looooove her.  Here in Texas we eat a lot of watermelon in the summer - we make sure it is ice cold.  Ummm Ummm good!

 She is colored with COPICS and the flowers on her hat are highlighted with STICKLES and I used some glossy accents on the seeds and rind.

I used some tulle at the top of the image and for the delicate bow. The flowers are from my stash with a little stickles added to them also and thin finished off with rhinestones.  The Dp is MY MIND'S EYE - MISS CAROLINE DOLLED UP.

Today is the new release of the PEEKERS 3 by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD.  There are 4 Sweet Home Peekers as one set and then another set of 4 Summer Time Peekers!!! These are some of the sweetest and cutest yet for Peekerdom and are truly drool worthy!!! i think I have a fever - Peeker Fever that is. (lol)

ROCKSTAR HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!

Happy Friday !!

Today I want to share "ROCKSTAR EYES" from THE EYES OF BEAUTY COLLECTION. I just love the eyes on the SUSANA LOVES STAMPS COLLECTIONS and they are all soooooo cute and fun to color. This card is kinda simple, but I really had a lot of fun doing it.

The DP is BO BUNNY - ALORA. If you have time you should stop by SCACD and check out the 6 x 6 paper pads. She has some of the most gorgeous paper and is always getting in the latest and newest. I did a little weird stitching and added rhinestones and flowers from my stash.

Normally, I use only COPICS to color my images, but I have been wanting to try the SHINHANART MARKERS so I purchased THE CAUCASIAN SKIN SET from SCACD. I used them on this image and I really do like them. I bought couple more sets of different colors that I will be trying in the future.

Today I am showing off CLASSIC EYES from Susana Loves Stamps - EYES of DREAMS COLLECTION.

She is colored with Copics and highlighted with STICKLES. The fence stamp behind her is a LaBlanche Stamp - Wrought Iron Fence. Susana has several LaBlanche Stamps in stock. They are made of a different material and I really like the feel of them. The detail is wonderful and easy to stamp.

The beautiful DP is PRIMA - MEADOW LARK. The flowers, lace, pearls, etc. are from my stash.
