TEXAS FOLD EM

Good Morning to Ya'll !! Well, this is my first attempt at a Tri-fold Shutter card. The large Texas image was heat embossed, the star was bleached, and I embossed it twice with Amazing Glaze. This was the first time for me to use this product. It does give it a nice high gloss shine.

I am entering this in the Stamp Something Challenge - something with your favorite color or paper and Papertake Weekly Challenge - Faking it - I have fake burlap and fake wood.
I am also entering it in the Cupcake Craft Challenge - distressing and torn edges

The gold and brown horses, single horsemen, boots, Texas, cloud, oil well, paisley, Texas forever. and Made in Texas are all stamps. It is amazing to me how the horses turned out. The pair of boots is actually a single boot and then I masked and stamped the other boot. Most of the stamps are Deadbeat stamps. Mark designs the Texas stamps and has a website if any of you are interested.
This was a fun card to do. I am going to do another Trifold Shutter card later but change the scoring and cutting just a little. Just a couple of more weeks and we have the TEXAS-OU game. It is a monstrous rivalry.

Amazing card, Dianne!! I really love all the Texas images. I've never done a tri-fold card. I can't imagine how long it must have taken to precisely cut all those pieces. Great job - great card!!

Hugs,
Linda
