This precious stamp is "HYDRANGEA HUGS" from the Vault by Elisabeth Bell for SCACD. I have been wanting to color her for awhile now and finally got around to it. Sorry for such bad pictures I just couldn't capture the glitz and shine of the embellies or the image. She is colored with COPICS and highlighted with STICKLES.
These pictures are so bad. In person, this card is shiny and cute. The flowers are PRIMA. The corner embellies are from my stash and the ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
